Please sign up for the day(s) that you'd like your child to attend.  The daily rate is $70.00 and the 5-day weekly Summer camp rate is $325.00.  

A deposit of $75 per week per camper is needed to hold their spot. Mail your deposit along with the printable insurance waiver to the address below. We accept money orders and personal checks for deposits the remainder can be paid in full on the first day of the week your camper is signed up, at that time cash, personal checks and money orders are accepted. Ashton Farm Medical Release Form

SPRING CAMP SESSIONS 2025 

Dates are open now for online registration 

 Camp tuition is $300.00 a week or $65.00 daily.

Nonrefundable deposit of $75 upon sign-up.

Do not alter the application dates, any applications that are altered will be discarded.

Weekly camp tuition is $325.00 per camper daily rate is $70.00.

                      Week 2 June 16th-20th

                      Week 3 June 23rd-27th

                      Week 4 June 30th-Jully 4th

                      Week 5 July 7th-11th

                      Week 6 July 14th-18th

                      Week 7 July 21st-25th

                      Week 8 July 28th- August 1st

                      Week 9 August 4th-8th

                      Week 10 August 11th-15th

                      Week 11 August 18th-22nd

Bus pick-up times and locations.

Empie park : 8:15am pick-up 4:00pm drop-off

Long Leaf mall : 8:30 pick-up 4:30pm drop-off

Murrayville : 9:00am pick-up Food Lion parking lot in Northchase.

                  3:25pm drop-off Fit4life parking lot.

Car Riders : Please do not arrive any earlier than 9:15am

                  Afternoon pick-up is 3:00pm. Please stay in your vehicle if you                    arrive earlier than 9:15am. Our open hours are between                              9:30am and 3:00pm. Additional fees may apply if late pick-up.
