Please sign up for the day(s) that you'd like your child to attend.  The daily rate is $65 and the 5-day weekly rate is $300.00.  

A deposit of $75 per week per camper is needed to hold their spot. Mail your deposit along with the printable insurance waiver to the address below. We accept money orders and personal checks for deposits the remainder can be paid in full on the first day of the week your camper is signed up, at that time cash, personal checks and money orders are accepted. Ashton Farm Medical Release Form

FALL CAMP SESSIONS 2024 :​

Fall week 1  September 23rd-27th ***FULL***

Fall week 2  September 30th- October 4th

Fall week 3  October 7th-11th

WINTER CAMP SESSIONS 2024 :

Winter week 1  December 23rd, 24th,26th and 27th $250.00

Winter week 2  December 30th-3rd

Spring Camp sessions 2025 :

Spring week 1  March 17th-21st

Spring week 2  March 24th-28th

Spring week 3  March 31st- April 4th

Spring week 4  April 14th-18th

FALL, WINTER & SPRING CAMP SESSIONS 2024 

Dates are open now for online registration 

 Camp tuition is $300.00 a week or $65.00 daily.

Nonrefundable deposit of $75 upon sign-up.

Do not alter the application dates, any applications that are altered will be discarded.

ALTERED APPLICATIONS ARE NOT VALID! 

Pick up times and location will vary for winter camp sessions.

We will only Pick up and drop off at Murrayville and Long Leaf during winter sessions.

Long Leaf : 8:30am 4:00pm

Murrayville 9:00am 3:30pm

Bus pick-up times and locations.

Empie park : 8:15am pick-up 4:00pm drop-off

Long Leaf mall : 8:30 pick-up 4:30pm drop-off

Murrayville : 9:00am pick-up Food Lion parking lot in Northchase.

                  3:25pm drop-off Fit4life parking lot.

Car Riders : Please do not arrive any earlier than 9:15am

                  Afternoon pick-up is 3:00pm. Please stay in your vehicle if you                    arrive earlier than 9:15am. Our open hours are between                              9:30am and 3:00pm. Additional fees may apply if late pick-up.
